The trail, suitable for downhill or enduro bikes, begins near the access path to the Pico dos Bodes vantage point.  There is a wide road which leads onto pastureland at the start of the trail, which narrows into a single track. About half way along the trail there is a rock garden, followed by a series of tight bends, with stony areas, ending with two tight bends followed by the final stretch of asphalt.
